Projects
This is a list of projects that we are planning to undertake this year. If there is a question about what we are doing or the order that we are doing it in, please post on our Forum so that the community can weigh in.
COMMON LOT MAINTENANCE
It is the intention of the board to rotate the maintenance between all common lots. Some look better than others and can go for several years without attention. Others have been neglected and are reducing the value of our community.
INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
Some properties in the neighborhood are in need of some general repair. We will be sending letters to the property owners of the requested maintenance in order to maintain the value of the community.
DUES VALUE
It is our intention to use the collective buying power of our community to obtain discounts with local retailers, lawn care, home repair companies, etc. and to increase the ROI of our annual dues. Be sure to check the SPONSORS page.
NEIGHBORHOOD CLEANUP DAY
Quarterly we will be hosting an extremely FUN neighborhood cleanup with food and friends to help keep our community in order! One day of pitching in will help to keep our dues low.
